The Eclipse difference

Keep proven shelving systems working.

When suppliers move production overseas or stop supporting older clip-style systems, expanding a storage room becomes unnecessarily difficult. Eclipse keeps those systems practical to buy, expand, and maintain.

We help identify the right unit, post, shelf class, reinforcement, and finish—so you receive a solution that works in your space instead of a pile of mismatched parts.

Shelving systems

Start with the way you work.

From fast-access warehouse storage to clean, enclosed stockrooms, each system is configured around your space and load.

Contained storage

Closed Units

Side and back panels create a clean, finished system while helping smaller items stay contained.

Starter + Adder Units

Begin with a complete freestanding bay, then extend the run efficiently by sharing common uprights.

01

Angle Posts

A versatile, rigid choice for everyday warehouse and stockroom storage.

02

Delta Posts

A clean, unobstructed face suited to offices, libraries, and public-facing areas.

03

Beaded Posts

Reinforced construction for demanding industrial environments and higher loads.

Sizes & capacity

Configure the shelf around the load.

Standard shelf widths include 30, 36, 42, and 48 inches, with depths from 12 through 36 inches. Shelf class and reinforcement are selected according to span, depth, and evenly distributed load.

Expand, repair, or replace

Support for the shelving you already own.

Older compression-clip shelving is durable, but identifying compatible parts can be difficult. We help customers determine what they have before recommending replacements or additions.

01

Replacement Shelves

Replace damaged or missing shelves while matching the width, depth, class, and connection style of the existing system.

02

Compatible Expansions

Add starter or adder bays to an existing row without replacing an otherwise useful shelving installation.

03

Component Identification

Send photos, dimensions, labels, or old paperwork. We’ll help narrow down the post style, clip system, and shelf requirements.

04

Color Matching

Provide an existing RAL code or photos taken in good lighting and we’ll help identify the closest practical powder-coat finish.

Reinforcement options

More stiffness where the load needs it.

Reinforcement mounts beneath the shelf edge to reduce flex and help the shelf stay flatter under load. The right choice depends on shelf dimensions, weight, and how items are placed.

Discuss Your Load

Reinforcing Bar

A straightforward, cost-effective upgrade for boxes, totes, and general bulk storage.

Reinforcing Angle

An L-shaped section that resists bending and is typically chosen for heavier or more demanding loads.

Front Only

Strengthens the primary loading edge for everyday storage where weight remains fairly balanced.

Front + Rear

Provides the greatest overall stiffness, especially for deeper shelves and denser stored material.

Where Eclipse works

Built for organized, working spaces.

Compression-clip shelving adapts to environments that need durable storage, adjustable shelf positions, and reliable access to inventory.

Warehouses

Parts, supplies, cartons, maintenance inventory, and frequently picked material.

Stockrooms

Organized back-of-house storage with open access or enclosed sides and backs.

Offices & Records

Clean, adjustable storage for files, archive boxes, supplies, and equipment.

Schools & Facilities

Flexible storage for classrooms, maintenance teams, equipment rooms, and district inventory.

Parts Departments

Visible, accessible organization for repair parts, packaged components, and service supplies.

Common questions

What customers usually want to know.

If your system is unusual, send photos and measurements. You do not need to identify every part yourself.

Can you help match shelving that is already installed?

Yes. Photos of the posts, clips, shelf edges, and any labels are a good starting point. Include overall width, depth, and height whenever possible.

What is the difference between a starter and an adder unit?

A starter includes both end uprights and can stand by itself. An adder shares one upright with the neighboring bay, making longer rows more efficient.

How do I choose a shelf capacity?

Capacity depends on shelf width, depth, class, reinforcement, and how evenly the weight is distributed. Tell us what you plan to store and the approximate weight per shelf.

Can shelving be made in a custom color?

Yes. We offer a range of powder-coated RAL colors and can work from an existing RAL code when you need new shelving to blend with an installed system.

What information helps you quote faster?

Location, available space, desired shelf size, shelves per section, estimated weight, unit type, color, and a photo or simple sketch are all useful. A rough idea is enough to begin.
